I asume its version 2.0 of that particular translation... and not the version of the game since Bitch Bokujou didnt post anything about it in his Ci-en or Fantia. Going from 1.3 to 2.0 would be a BIG update.

Bitch Bokujou is making a second RPG focused around Fate/Grand order. It also have NTR but definitely other stuff as well; shota, rape, normal sex, gangbang, mind control, etc, etc. It's still in the works so I don't know what else is going to go in.
