You need to get the tittle "personal bitch" (max all training)
After, call her and you'll have more choices (click on the arrow next to the "H") (you'll get the cleaning bathroom, toilet and some scene on balcony at evening)

I think the balcony sex is only limited to the BJ scene. Afaik, the balcony doggy sex comes from an unreleased version but sadly, the game dev hasn't updated in his/her ci-en page for more than a year already, so we won't get any further updates from this game anytime soon.

No, it has not been fixed. The dev has gone radio silent for something like 6+ months now. Looks unlikely this game will get any updates for the foreseeable future, if ever.

You can get a PC/laptop that can run this game for the same price or cheaper than a phone/tablet. Regardless an APK is never going to happen so stop asking.

Yeah some of those handheld PCs are actually priced competitively. Even if there was an APK you will still likely need a monster of a phone to run it any how given how badly optimized the game is.
