No, really, the work that go into them is signficantly more labor intensive, to the point that the game slows their updates down to a crawl or the devs just throw their hands in the air and give up.
No, you should not want animated sex scenes to be standard in good porn games, if only because the price for that particular pie is heavy for projects that often only have a single developer.
