This is exactly what I've been looking for for months. Like not Netorase because it is not with the MC's consent, but that the cheating gets to a point it is blatantly obvious and happening in front of the MC without them being able to do anything about it. Sadly, I haven't found much of it and I don't really enjoy 3D western style so anything I can recommend is anime style. Anyways here's some:

-Most OreNoHut games do this, with the females being corrupted to the point they do it in front of the MC without caring

- Reborn Island ~Cuckold Play and the Shape of Love (Although there are a lot of other things I don't like about this game, but they do that decently)

- Kegani Laboratory games do this too, but the grinding in these games is so excessive that it's hard to get there.

That's all I can remember right now, maybe other fellow NTR lovers can help with this.

I am keeping watch of this game I liked Aya more than the main girl. her circumstances were interesting.
  • she wants the MC
  • she has sex experience
  • she is wiling to do "anything" for it.
  • apologetically greedy.
  • can see the plus of the MC unrelated to sex.
I hope Aya edition is about all the things she is wiling to do to get the MC. in a way she is cucked but is working her way out of it.

There's a few games with maybe one or two scenes like that, but hardly any with a substantial amount of it. Personally I would have loved a game with hours and hours of stuff like that, building up from innocent to more and more inappropriate behaviour, but I guess most NTR creators (and fans) would rather get to the cheating sex asap.

I'll check out Reborn Island, thanks! Kegani I've tried a couple, but there was some MTL poetry there that I wasn't a fan of.

For me this is what NTR should be. But as stated there are not many that do it well if at all. If anyone finds a good one that would be the jackpot!

Try Sword Art Online: The Trap of Breath Concealed Magic Part 1 and part 2

Personally, part 1 is my favorite (even though it's smaller than part 2). I think the narrative and characters were better during part 1, but I think part 2 is also a good experience that is worth playing.

I seen some playthroughs on Xvideos...didnt SAO Part 2 go full on Netorase instead of Netorare? Kinda disappointing if true, Part 1 was great.

It looks like Kirito is now a willing cuck rather than Asuna/Suguha doing stuff behind his back.
