Mostly its because I like NTR where the bull/NTR Guy is genuinely "better" in some way than the cuck/betrayed partner. Besides the whole big magic dick thing.
It can be in athleticism, muscle, money, social class, being older, charisma or anything of the like. Just that he is superior in some way to his rival.

I agree with you, Personally what I liked about Mirage was the story, it some how trapped me and I was interested in what was happening to the characters, the creator should consider doing some non pornographic stuff.
Nah, hypnotism is just a fetish, there are better interpretations than others, but as a narrative device it sucks. characters are already under the mind control of the author, using mind control is just making that layer visible to everyone. the only good forms of mind control are. perception/moral alteration and pupeteering.
Heavily disagree. A good author can make it creative. Hypnotism can be done in so many ways. Recently, this discourse around hypno and NTR is starting to become a "pineapple on pizza" type of arguing. Where I feel like people just agree because it's the popular opinion.

it is hard choice to choose between HC3 and RinaTest.
RinaTest has the best sex scene for NTR , kinda remind me of NTRPG . but too bad the QOL is kinda low.also it's doesn't have a proper gallery room.
HC 3 is more rich on story and slow pace. H-scene is one below RinaTest but I appreciate the customized scene rather than using the same scene on each heroine.

Yeah that’s a dealbreaker for me. You can’t go cheating first then cry NTR when your partner does the same.

Even if there was a BEST example for it. I think people just hate it immediately because of the tag existing with another.. There is so many subtypes from this kink that's why I think it is doable.

Yup, kind of an unfortunate decision. I guess the dev did it to give Koji more depth, but for (this kind of) NTR, it is kind of a turnoff.
Then he did something worse... he made the MC cheat the system and win by using drugs... and some kind of techno-magic bullshit... that's an even bigger offense in my book.
Ironically, none of this matters that much to me, because the game is just good.

You can make a good NTR game where there is mind control, for it to be good the mind control would have to be something progressive, something suggestive I would say, at least at the beginning, this way there would be an acceptable sense of corruption.
The problem is that most developers who put together NTR with mind control turn female characters into 0-100 whores where there is no sense of corruption progress, that's why most of these games usually suck.
