Hypno NTR is good when its an implementation on something and not strait in to sex after the 1 session of hypno
Personally I like hypno when there are big limitations on it. So it works by changing slight behavioral things rather than hypnotizing someone and telling them "suck my dick", and then they in a trance do it.

Having stuff like "you will be turned on by X and X" can be fun. Its like planting a hook that they can then abuse. I mean it still cannot really end up in a very hard ntr imo, but nothing wrong about lighter games from time to time.

Lol, i guess that's how it is within the greatest society's culture.

As i've said, i'm from the outside so i don't play their games. And i don't consume Netorare works from a vicarious perspective. I don't sympathize with the MC, nor any other character in the story. I'm just a distant observer, finding entertainment in the bitter unfolding of what others consider to be "reality" (i.e. make-believe fantasies) being superseded by actual reality. But i myself don't glorify Netorare; i just think it is the organic resultant of what the modern "western" youth culture holds dear.

I'm guessing many of you actually agree with this albeit begrudgingly. Which is why people came to the AVN scene; as an escape from the ugly reality. All i'm trying to do is find works which embraces said reality. But i struggle to find it, since my observation tells me that authors/writers/devs tend to have a warped and distorted view of reality. They too still believe in make-believe fantasies, and it is reflected in their writing. Or alternatively, they tried to caricature said reality out a misunderstanding thereof (at least in my opinion), resulting in formulaic tropes that is straying away from realism to the point of being questionably believable (albeit the story being marketed as realistic).

The above is also why i actually am the (presumable) few who greatly desires for this site's most popular college-life (fantasy simulator) VN to veer towards Netorare (lol). Since i don't believe for one bit that there is genuine virtue nor chastity among the proponents of the party culture (e.g. why don't the main girls also come to "have fun" and get around, since they've no strings attached to the MC?). It also tries to sell the fantasy that debauchery and true & lasting brotherhood can go hand in hand, whereas people who understand the real world will instinctively know that it is one of the furthest things from the truth.

EDIT: in case you may have thought i find pleasure in my (hypothetical) wife/girlfriend's infidelity; i don't. You may have thought so (if you did) because you assume i "self-insert" myself onto MC; i hardly ever. Although i find pleasure in seeing a dude who is so slyly proud of himself for his "catch", and confident about her faithfulness, getting slapped with the harsh reality of being severely wrong. I liked seeing the self-proclaimed "alpha" being forced to pay his dues by getting his turn of being cheated on (as is prevalent in real life).

That's how i view and enjoy Netorare works, albeit a little harsh. And hence i find it a pity that authors in this genre always decide to "play it safe" and have yet another wimp as the MC.

With so many people talking about this game I was curious to play which route do you recommend going first?
You could just do the NTR choices the whole game, they give you one last chance to change to the pure route towards the end. (I'm not sure if there are any requirements for this but I don't think so)

You should read a lot of other previous posts. It seems you are just assuming it in one singular form. and no this "writing exercise" still does not explain whatever "characters are hypnotized by the author" mean. Unless you have problems getting immersed in a story or are used to bad writing. Then you should not be equating it like that in the first place.

have a good day
ah ok, It seems you understand but I will only clarify what you do not understand.

Hypnosis is basically control of one person over another. the author control the characters actions, one could say the character is under the hypnosis of the author. as for the reason as to why i can make this proposition you can find it here.

If you just wanna hate for the sake of hating go for it. No need to be snarky at other members of the thread. Even other members said how they see it being able to be done. It seems that you will be very narrow minded about this so I wont be replying anymore.
