yeah lets see about that... Home Prisoner has the potential to be great, but the game as well as the dev have yet to convince me. But at least we have A Promise Best Left Unkept, Satisfy Him and Henteria Chronicles 3 (which is going to be great btw, I had quite some insights on the new parallax map and it looks awesome, like art, plus N_Taii made a great bucket list to learn from things that went wrong in HC2, which was still already a great game).
Still I get what you mean, 3 releases every one-two months isnt much and there could always be more... still I feel that all in all NTR has become quite the thing. If you look at supporter numbers and all. N_Taii and HangoverCat both have over 350 patrons and make around 2500$ each on patreon. Compare that to some of the high quality vanilla games around here (maybe not AWAM), tell you what, they get almost nuthin compared. So at least we can assume that the top quality games that are around will stay around for some time to come and maybe this fact will allure more devs to emerge...
Also there is one more very fine game I got my eyes on. It should be released at some point this year:

Yeah, HC3 is the one im more excited for, I just cant count it since the game hasnt even released a demo yet, I felt like the dev used way too much time dragging the story on HC2. Home Prisoner has potential but the developer is trying to do a great looking game on a garbage engine so I don't expect the game to be finished any time soon.
And I dont really like Satisfy Him, this image defines why I dont really like the story... like what girl would act like this..?
I saw the amount of money Summertime Saga (good game in its time, the dev is just dragging the story as much as he can) gets every month and I was mindblown, as well as Power Vacuum (garbage game imo) its crazy. But yeah, NTR developers are getting much more love than in the past.
That game you posted looks reaaaaaally good, there's also another game about a guy and his gf, they're like detectives? or people that hunts ghosts, I played the demo some time ago, looks even better, I just cant remember it because the name is weird.

Yeah, I know, that's where I stopped playing because I didn't feel like it could work as a corruption story when people don't act in a semi-believable way. The dev makes it clear that their games are not set on Earth but in some alternate world called Eleria, where biology and sexual norms are somewhat different... but it doesn't work, at least not for me. You can't make a world that looks almost exactly like ours and state "oh by the way, this specific thing works differently here for the sake of advancing my porn plot" and expect people to just accept it.
I've played another fat-bastard-themed game just now, Cyberslayers, and that one actually works better because it's cyberpunk.You see this world where almost every male is a fat, ugly pig-mutant or a rape-hobo, and the females are all bombshells, so any expectation of believability goes out the window. So it's not so jarring when the MC starts getting turned on the fat bastards, especially because the corruption is mind-control and not "woman sees big dick, her weak female willpower crumbles instantly". Ugh.
we really have Serious lack of Optional NTR games , like good game with NTR Elments , i don't play games that main focus is NTR without any other story , games Like struggling with sin ,Horton bay , and going rogue these recent Games that i have played and they have NTR Element which adds more fun to the games , like you said there are games which are dragging their stories like summter time sage and other games which all focus is only on the MC they all worship him and the Dev can't create anything outside this circe same as for the NTR only games , having them mixed can make games better and can let the DEv create any story he want and it opens tons of possblites * sorry for bad english*
The problem with that approach are the huge development time those kinds of games can take. Developing a lot of different branches for a game is way too time consuming. Imho a nicely fleshed out NTR story that takes just enough time to tell a good story is going to be good even if the game is not that long.
An example of a NTR game that took too much time is HC2, idk if you played that game but atleast what happened to me was that I stopped caring about the characters after the corruption of the main girls already happened. The dev took a lot of time creating a lot of different endings that imo were unnecesary instead of focusing on another game.
You can also see a lot of western 3d games like you described that are still in development after like 3 years and arent even close to finishing any route.
Oh, and also Nymphomania Priestess thats going to finish in like 2027 with how much branches the developer is adding.

Is there any way to play it in full screen? Trying circumstances 2 and alt-enter or f5 do not work. Config in game also does not have any option.
EDIT: nvm I am dumb, it is an option in the chat in the bottom right

IMHO, the problem isn't the time it takes to develop these games, it's how impatient consumers are. I get it, people want their cake and they want it now, but it used to be a given that a game that isn't shovelware would take multiple years to develop, even for professionals who know their stuff, where average dev time for a passable game was about 5 years for a team of developers (which is why big companies have multiple teams working on different projects simultaneously). Quality takes time, and I'd rather wait for something stellar than rush a promising indie project into an early grave or just lap up another asset flip cookie cutter.

BTW - tried circumstances of stolen wife 2 and absolutely loved it. It is told from the heroine and antagonist perspective, so the ntr elements feel a bit light, but the corruption is top notch. There is a lot of emails that you click through, which I was afraid would not be translated. To my suprise, textractor pulled it as well, however it pulled too much so I always had to mouse over the sentence I wanted translated in the textractor window. This might add a bit more nuisance to the process, but I actually liked it. Felt a bit like a third party decrypting their private conversation. Hackerman style.
Also the heroine is kinda headstrong and tomboyish, which is usually my most favorite target of ntr/corruption.
