the amount of NTR is already stated before but I'll give some ride-feelings.
The game is one hella of a problem to work when getting from Steam and most would recommend to get from official website... well there is pirate one here.
The game is a real strong slow-burn-in corruption cuz it starts from installing (the game, update, R18 patch, CMI;optional, DLCs) > playing the game (improve stats/finishing main story) > enjoy yotogi > enjoy NTR yotogi. imagine that, there is also NTR side packs about 10-14 packs iirc.

So I have to get the main game, r18 patch and ntr dlcs? Do you know where can I get it from cus here it's just the game

The easiest way is to buy the game (it's a bit expensive to buy all DLC)

COM3D2 NTR is pretty numerous
you have content for weeks, it not months if you catch my drift
tbh i think almost* half of content has NTR counterpart
e.g. wedding/bride outfit dlc, has counterpart NTR dlc scenarios
iirc all personalities have "route" for vanilla, "route" for NTR, and can be done in the same playthrough

there are events that have scenario dialog
these are usually tied to specific personalities (because you create maids based on personalities)

while there's a free-form night service with 'positions', some of which are NTR/swapping/group

for translation (MTL, still good though). Highly recommended to get from S-court due to it's simplicity and ease of navigation+installation. Steam's version, after buying game + R18 patches + DLCs, you need to 'Manage My DLCs' and install one-by-one or it will screw up somehow, ask Steam.

Once, you have the game either COM3D2 inm or COM3D2.5, you can just boot up the game and choose the COM3D2Shop for more DLCs, which automatically opens up the website using your default browser,

Is out and it's already getting 4 stars, I hope it's decent, but seems improbable

This was a subpar game with weak corruption, writing, art, and sound effects. Also there is no reminiscence room in the story nor will there ever be. The creator accidently deleted there map data or something so he may never be able to update the game anymore. As a result the numerous bugs in the game that make it freeze may never be fixed lol

That's probably because you decompressed it wrongly. It's ZIP without Unicode and it must be decompressed using Chinese code-page to write Chinese letters in filenames correctly. How to do it is posted here:

I had high hopes for this game, mainly due to the fact that the NTR market is very shallow, but this game is extremely disappointing..
