It's because reviewers tagged it as ntr.
I doubt that the ntr is anything outside of "girl gets raped in a bad ending" like you said, but the game looks pretty cool even outside any ntr.

Additionally, for anyone that enjoys NTR ASMR, I strongly recommend the "100% Affinity Netorare" series from バイコーンの森. These are probably the best NTR ASMR out there, since they are more story-based. Unfortunately, there are no English translations.

it does say AI generated in the dlsite page, just above the genre tags
even so it didnt scream AI at first glance. seems like generated then re-colored. TBH i like it.
might try doing this for game dev

Yeah, though most of them go wrong near the end. For this series, it always starts with 1-2 tracks of vanilla before it transitions into NTS, then into NTR.

Yeah it's pretty great, especially the fact that it's mystery by design, where you can hear faintly what's going on. Sadly most ntr asmr is basically either netorase report or from the pov of the girl.

It's also really unfortunate that the Circle that made it has stopped making NTR ASMR entirely.
The only people doing anything like it are Whisp and their audio mixing sucks balls.
I would only really recommend RJ01048597 and RJ316427 but they are maybe half as good at best.

I'd recommend RJ314658, it's pretty unique as they even made a fake SNS app.
Yeah it sucks, "through the wall" or mystery stuff was already rare.
I'll throw in RJ334134 and RJ325991 as ones that I thought were decent.

I liked it a lot, the SNS app added a lot to immersion.
Sad no other ASMR tried that, or even cares to have "over the wall" stuff where mc is hearing faintly stuff and is oblivious.
Instead most choose the easy solution I guess.
