Lunatranslator has a lot of options, with or without API keys, online or offline. I can't get DeepL to work with it without reaching a limit instantly though, as a free user that is. Paid probably works fine.

Is there like a trick or something for downloading from those sites? When I download from Pixeldrain/MEGA/etc I always can get the stuff fast but whenever I use one of those sites that say "Free Users X Speed" "Premium Users X!!! Speed", my download speed sucks and I would need to wait hours to get a file.
There isn't. Mexa share used to be fastest among them (still slow comparatively) but today mexashare seems as slow as the rest of them
