Based on the descriptions of those games, there's no cheating involved: the male MC enters the relationship fully aware that his girlfriend will be sleeping with other people. Whether he enjoys it or not, it’s still not cheating because he isn’t being deceived.

Yeah, I'm interested. I think themes like blackmail, coercion, or force could be appealing to me, as long as the story doesn't rely on the typical trope where the girl is afraid or doesn't want to hurt the guy, so she hides everything, and the guy is too clueless, busy, slow, or blindly trusting to notice anything. Basically, if the guy is aware of what's going on but is powerless to do anything about it, I think that could be hot. And also no rape, it's not hot for me, especially in A.Sakura games.

I actually wanted a game like that but from the male POV, asked about it in the NTS topic a few weeks back. But yeah, forced sharing due to circumstances (like Inn My Wife, Adelaide Inn etc) is always hot. Hina is female POV, so a bit less exciting on paper, but should probably be good too.
