If a player is not interested in an LI, then in my opinion this LI is free to do whatever she likes.

Therefore there cannot be NTR because I am also not jealous of my father because he's fucking my mother.

An LI is inherently designated as for MC.
That's how it's NTR when an LI is demonstrated as for someone other than MC.
