the author is a liar. He first says that the game is over and he does not know how long it will take to check the DSLite, but if you finished it - why do you keep finishing it? That's bullshit. He just sucks money from everyone who is ready to believe him, I am ready to pay people for their work, for good games, but I will not bring this author a penny anymore, just in principle. If we all start punishing them, they will stop behaving like that. Don't pay him.

Even though the game is "playable", there could still be a lot of unexpected bugs and you have to fix it before it is good to release, otherwise, ppl get disappointed and say it is very buggy.
I have no experience in releasing onto DLsite before and I am not sure if my mosaic and other stuffs are complying with their regulations or not. So all I can do is submit what I have now, wait for the feedback and change if it is not good enough. This circle would have to repeat until they say "Hi tiramisu your game is now OK to release on our platform."

I have been stating many times that the payment is one-off and ppl are always free to cancel their subscriptions if they dont feel like doing so. I appreciate everyone who backed us in the past and their backing really means a lot to the project itself. I understand the frustration. Please feel free to cancel your subscriptions if you dont feel like doing so and allow us a bit more patience in dealing with DLSite.

As someone who already prepaid for the game, I definitely understand your feelings. It is not a good feeling seeing the game keeps getting delayed. The developer explained his reasons for the delays earlier in the thread. I do not agree with them but I can understand why he made them. You are not wrong for what you are feeling but I hope once the game is released, you will buy it. Even if you wait to try it here before deciding to buying it. This is how people will keep making games we like.

I would try best to provide an uncensored version, but the first version will be a censored one. Though patreon has no regulation on the censorship, we have to put mosaics to the game so that we can pass the review in dlsite. After that, we will spend some time thinking about the uncensored version.

Dlsite strikes again.

Best of luck to the developers because they can be pretty strict when it comes to censorship. Night of Revenge had to go through something similar and ended up having to bake in the censors into the textures in order to pass the review.

Huh, I am not getting what the issue here is exactly? Isn't it possible to just provide an earlier build without the mosaics in place for Patreon?

I am warned by dlsite that the censor has to baked in to the texture instead of putting another material on top of the original image.


if we do an earlier build on patreon it will leak. If it leaks, the official release on dlsite will lose its value. A part of the value of the "official release" is from its "first release" nature.

I am hosting the project on git and I am looking into git lfs and see if that could help manage the version control for assets properly.
