Flashbacks are never as good as in the moment unless there's a good narrative reason to not just show it at the right time (most often, a narratively-important flashback is one that happened before the start of the game, to better inform a scene that is either going on already, just happened, or is just about to start). There was just no good narrative reason to start the update with the MC randomly blacking out, and then remembering it at the end of the update after other completely unrelated things happened (Chloe, Bailey). The scene itself wasn't particularly romantic, either, as I've stated, and the MC being bright orange didn't help much.

I think the ones where you might consider being blue-balled are: Allana's night walk where the teacher interrupts you right before she jumps your bones, the pool scene (kind of but not really as you aren't hard) and library scene with Chloe, and the hot springs. Chloe you hardly know, so unless she is a total slut it's not realistic for her to want to have sex. The hot springs that might be thought of as a missed opportunity as you've potentially already had some kind of sexual action with Allana, Olivia, Nori and Valerie. Of course, you can blue-ball yourself at most of the sex opportunities if you are an idiot and turn the girls down.

Honestly, the premises of the game are totally silly and it doesn't go more realistic after that.
I see this game as an absolute absurd story.
In any other game with even the slightest hint of realism, I would agree with you about the sex scene with Olivia.
But in this game, I find it it makes perfect sense (well non-sense ) for a shy and serious girl like Olivia to lose her virginity for a complete dumb reason like that.
