Your comment is paradoxical. The futa potions are made from the "special juice" coming from the neko's real futanari genitals. If they lose their seed that also means there's no means to make futa potions. That's the reason why the nekos are valuable in this universe to begin with

That's not entirely truth. If I remember correctly that only happens if the Neko gets impregnated.

This was already addressed in Q&A with the Nekos.

The Nekos avoid getting pregnant to not lose their futa genitalia.
Misaki's special juice is essential to make futa potions, if they loose their futa genitalia no more futa potions could be made.
The existing futa potions would work on the Nekos but their fluid won't have any seed.

Misaki has had sex with other Nekos:
Push it Rails Haru but puts a condamn on for vaginal. Haru was not a futa yet.
