So this game is just a dungeon test ? how come in the screenshot in the OP there is an event outside the dungeon ?

Because the game is being made and will have those events, but the dev ain't gonna release beta versions and keep updating it like a lot of patreons do. He will only release the full game when its done. Untill then, he's releasing some versions with sneak peeks of events and mechanics for testing purposes.

What we are getting now are not pieces of the full game, it's literally just a standalone demo/test and nothing more. Preview shots like the ones I posed earlier in the thread showing off some of the females that the protagonist can fuck are from the actual game which is being worked on by TechnoBrake. The full game is going to be released sometime in 2020 as a fully completed game. Until then we'll get demos with some new stuff added every time but these are just demos, not parts of the actual game being put out in pieces like what you may be used to on this site.

I noticed that the art where semen is pouring out of her after being raped in both the Monster House event and the battle rape is gone from 0.3 to 0.4. Will it be added in again? Copious amounts of semen is always a thing of great culture. Inflation by semen plus bukkake? Even better.
