Well R14 was a vanilla update. Idk about any future ones but i assume they will either continue the story or add more ntr scenes.

Secret ntr means you won't see any scene, only aftermath. You must use your imagination

For me, I think it's just a side update with new scenes and maybe new side quests. The main quest process is still paused
