i have problems with main quest "investigating the unknow", even using the guide. What should I do?

So I finished some of the main story quests and my latest quest is called Titan Step. The dialogue for receiving this quest at the guild though was all in Japanese. I also noticed something with an exclamation mark in the guild and I pressed that and I am now playing as Iris. The dialogue when starting out as her is also in Japanese. Is this part supposed to be untranslated or is something up with my game?
This also happened when I scrolled down onto the quest in Iris' quest. I think it was called sin city or something. Anyone else have the same problem?

- Male Protagonist x Priestess - Solo Male Protagonist, return to the inn at night and sometimes the Priestess will be sleeping in your bed, you have sex with her or masturbate while she is sleeping. The Priestess will only appear in the room sometimes, if you want to force it you can exit and re-enter until she shows up
- Priestess Prostitution RLD - Talk to NPCs in the Red Light District (outside the Brothel) as solo Priestess, variations for Love(150?)>Lust and Lust=200
- Priestess Prostitution Bar - Same as above but in the Bar
- Yarizo x Priestess - Added Bond Level 4&5 variations to the event where Yarizo saves the Priestess from drowning at the beach
- Succubus Cont. - Seems to be a continuation of the Succubus quest chain from the previous update, apparently you can go to her house after completing the previous events and raising her friendship
- Return of the Gloryhole Event - Talk to the Cat-person in the Red Light District and they will invite you to a gloryhole, this event has been around for a long time but it is now apparently expanded. If you pass the sexual endurance check there will now be further content
- Ending Implemented - You can now actually use the ending button in your room at the Inn, afterwards there will be a sex scene and a pregnancy check, passing the check leads to an ending. This takes you to the title screen so make sure you save before activating it

- The Rx updates are
finallyfinished. Techno has said that August and September will be break months where there will be no large updates for a while. Apparently there will still be bug fixes and minor mechanical updates tho. - We will be going back to the main story in October along with the progression of Iris content.
- Techno will also be developing a new game like the "Haramase Island" game he made last year, he said that he is working with other people for this one so it may be faster/better

Could you help me increase the lust of the protagonist I always leave it at 200 but it does not allow me to continue with the event, and with yarizo on the beach the event is skipped, it does not let me see even if I already activate test mode, they have a save with yarizo to your current level, that is, the highest, I would appreciate it, colleagues

Idk what's wrong with the event in your 2nd/3rd image, maybe try setting your love stat to 0?
As for the Yarizo beach event, are you using the latest game version and is "secret ntr" turned off? If so then maybe the event is just bugged.

if protagonist is in the room/sleeping, you can't bring a stranger into your room to have sex with them

it always comes out + 0 and I don't know how to see the level of yarizo any save that they can give me, this is the most recent version and whenever I try to raise his lojuria sometimes it allows me to interact with the npc

Oh ho? I see. The time has finally come. I was growing impatient, really. I had my fun with the Halloween minigame, but I'm hoping to see Iris get fucked in the main game proper.
I also kinda want to see more out of Lord Dogeshuna. He only has like, one scene, but it hit my points. Also, that Dogeshuna Addict thing has been floating around for a hot while.
