The kid is already magical, if the writers wanted to have it more so that would have been an easy path to take though bearing the child of a god is rather cliche.
You seem to miss the point that the MC is not lesbian but bi and rather promiscuous at that.
Something that is quite the issue if you want to have an actual relationship with Alwenn and probably can cause some frictions with most of the others too.

I loved the writing in this game, it's very professional, until.. in a full lesbian path it's just plainly lazy to write it like that, you are the MC and you have no idea you did that.. which is rediculous in a VN. It's a magic world ffs, justify it with anything but that.
As the person above me said, even if you play MC with a lesbian romance, she's still technically bisexual (the author confirmed this). Actually, TBH I think there's a bigger problem in relation to the baby in the lesbian lines is this: if your MC was romancing one of the two females LI's from the first game, why would she have had sex with someone else (male or female) at that time? Like yeah, MC is known to be quite sexually open-minded, but she's supposed to be in love with her chosen LI at that point. And considering that when you continue a GxB romance started in the first game the father of MC's child is always the guy you're romancing (so no unfaithfulness mid-committed-romance), people playing the lesbian routes did get a bit of a raw deal...

I agree with you in that it's generally a very well-written game. My only gripe is that it's a bit long-winded with the constant sub-plots featuring minor characters that tie back into the main plot. I'm not saying what's being shown isn't important, just that if the author had thought on it a little more, she probably could have streamlined the experience a little more, so it wouldn't result in players furiously clicking through those scenes just to get to the next part with MC or Elias.

(I don't actually skip reading any of those scene, but that's why it can get pretty boring at times, and that's made worse when you wait ages for the next chapter, only to be disappointed when it's mostly 'filler' scenes.)

Interesting experience jumping head first into a lore-rich world and not having all the information on it.

edit: Nice story and great witty banter though the cuts to scenes of characters after your own is weird experience.

Apparently somebody didn't take any notes from the reactions to Elpidios in AC:Odyssey.

Also anyone know what's up with the art style in the opening scene ala here as opposed to the rest? Is it a one-off or cutscene-ish thing only? Cuz the other art is uh..not to my taste to say the least.

also hows no one else talking bout Argandea looking like a teenage Zavala going through a punk/hipster phase?

Great looking art. Unfortunately pretty alienating start due to having to choose stuff you know nothing about, so it immediately disconnects the player who hasn't played the previous one. I tried the other season but that one is hideous and be bothered. An option to choose "I don't know" and get neutral choices or something would be better imo. Not a fan of female protag but hey Art convinced me to try anyways unfortunately there was close to no interaction in all chapters. It's basically: loading dialogue, dialogue, new scene, loading, dialogue, dialogue, loading, new scene, repeat. Leftclick did not advance dialogue by 1 line as I am used, instead something seems to block advancing with a single click despite checking the options, so not sure what's up with that. Overall great art (kudos to the artist) but the rest I am not interested in. Also seems like no actual sexual content (I saw 1 semi nsfw scene total). Good luck tho.

There's nsfw scenes with most main characters over the 6 chapters, clicking the options with the heart usually leads to the scenes or just general flirting.
(Mean it's kinda a harlot route so not selecting anyone to be romantically involved in the intro maybe.)

No, the art style in the opening scene is the same art style used in every CG and animated sex scene in the game. The sprites are in a different art style. Trust me, this is a vast, vast improvement on the art style of the first game.

Err.. I'm pretty sure that the author never recommended this game as a stand-alone, considering how this game requires you to know the lore and happenings from the first game in order to fully understand this game. If you can't be bothered playing the first game despite knowing this, that's not the author's fault nor a negative reflection on the game.

There is sexual content too - some characters have two scenes, one has three, some are still to come. However, the sex doesn't show the character's lower bits (besides ass). It's designed to be more romantic erotica rather then straight-up porn, and the animation and sounds are pretty nice (IMO).

Like Zedire said, this isn't really a game you play without reading the first one, the first one would have prepared you with heavy dialogue and plot to expect in this sequel of the game.

I'm getting mixed messages, so I don't know what your intentions were when downloading this, but that beginning "quiz" was to put you back on track of where you ended the last game. If you really, really want to play it without playing the first one, then it shouldn't be too hard to guess what to choose, mainly most of the questions deals with who you were fucking, and a few minor "story" choices that I'm gonna be honest and don't really believe impact the game much.

I don't remember the questions, so I can't hold your hand through it, but if I remembered correctly, I believe the questions were pretty easy to understand what to pick, even if you weren't really sure why you would pick it, because the questions told a bit of the set up.

But, regardless, it kind of doesn't matter if you skip the first one, because the story is recapped after you picked everything, and if you're jumping through dialogue, I'm going to assume it's for the sex, so the turn of the story doesn't seem to have much of an impact (especially the way these new choices are going), so all you really have to do is pick a love interest and say you had sex with them, and you'd have the optimal romance for this sequel???

I'm going to be real with you, I fucked the Elf Dude, and I'm hearing he's the only one that has sex in this one so far??? I don't know, he's my MC's baby daddy, and we've been boinking like rabbits from nearly the start of the game (I've believe I've experienced about 3 sex scenes with him, one could have been a fever dream?). So if you are looking for sex scenes, go with him, I guess? I'm hearing the lesbian rout is having a hard time, and plot wise, I guess it kind of make sense? (one of them you still haven't even met up with yet?).

Out of all of them, Elf Dude seems like he's the only one ready to bang on sight, I don't know if it's because I have his baby, or if it's because everyone else is saddled with such heavy baggage:

All the guys, and 1 girl, have sex scenes so far:

King has 1, Elf dude has 3, blonde guy has 2 (well, sort of 1, technically, since the other is more him compelling MC to do herself, and the other is him giving her cunnilingus), Ice dude has 1, Ice dude and Elf dude have 1 threesome with MC, I think Elf bird has only 1 so far (I didn't play her route but I know she has at least 1), the queen and the dwarf bird don't have any yet.

Elf dude is a lot like MC in his personality - open-minded and up for it whenever. In this second game he's up for it even more often then MC is. :D But yeah, as you said, everyone else has more shit to deal with then he does right now.

Why would you play the game without having played the previous one? It's like reading a trilogy and skipping the first book.

Sooo how do you get the threesome scene? I "romanced" Virion near the start, but I'm not getting a scene with him and Agrandea.

You have to go the full Virion romance, then when it gets to the scene on the ship (around chapter 4 I think?) where Virion talks about finding Agandea attractive, you will have a choice with those red romance options. One verifies that you prefer to keep Virion to yourself, the other verifies you wouldn't mind getting with both of them. Then when you have the bed scene after Agandea returns, it should be available.

I've included a save from the beginning of the scene where you choose, if anyone wants it. It should get you to the threesome when Agandea comes back, though I haven't tested it myself yet.

Thanks, your save worked! But Jesus, I did not expect an MMF threesome! I thought it was gonna be MFM, with me in the middle!! :KappaPride:
