It's entirely optional. There are 2 or 3 skippable events with shotas

Does this have multiple endings and a pure/virgin run possible?

Kinda. You get an extra scene if your lewdness is maxed out, but there's no pure ending

Yup, it does but it's limited to 5 enemy types. The rest is GOR and events

You can go to the gallery from the pause menu the second you start the game, and there is an unlock all option.

And yet people will still ask for a save.

Since it is 'Sandbox', does it have the freedom of being selective on what sex act you want to make? Be virgin but still do anything else? And not those 'lewd' points(optional), as if the protagonist can't be at the start lewd or just open minded.

Let's see if this one is better than the previous ones. Except for graphics, this series has been pretty bad so far.

Just played about an hour worth. I viewed 10+ CGs in that time.

The art is great but damn the writing, story, and even the setting is very bland.

Is there anyone working on a compressed version?

I did an entire playthrough on a compressed version, didn't have any issues.

Currently redoing with the patches installed.
