You have to finish the Yterre's mansion side-quest, which in turn lead to her recruitment. Yterre herself comes with a spell to turn anyone into a maid and like-wise cure them.
There is also maid disguise, which has unique interactions that are only triggered during said side-quest. Kinda neat and wish there was more done with this mode.
You can find the mansion just north of sea market, but triggering the quest is kinda wonky. One way is having Jyla in the party and having her conversation trigger (where she'll mention wanting to have a talk at her own sea market mansion on topic of sneaking in) and the other potential trigger is prime minister sending you to the mansion once you've collected enough books and orbs. Might be other potential triggers, I don't know.
ok does anyone have a save with all the bad ends unlocked, ive been trying to get bad end 34 unlocked (the cow one) but all i get is a heart and text that says bad end and nothing unlocks

How can I hypnotize Yterre in a mansion? I heard there is a route to skip the battle, but I can't find it.
You have to place a shard inside her mirror, at the 2F bottom-right hallway and then have her spawn walking towards it. Once she's staring at it: just speak to her from behind. The shard can be obtain from either chipping the big crystal, or alternatively from one of the chests in the mansion.

Are their any gallery saves somewhere on the forum? I found a full save, but didn't include the entire bad end gallery.

So I finally finished the game, got the Final End 01, but it seems their is no unlock gallery (Bad End Journal). Does anyone have a save file with all or close to being fully open? Or is the gallery able to open somewhere else and I'm not looking in the right direction?

Probably every platform that the game could potentially be released on has a strict no-loli rule. Stuff like rape and incest is already an issue with Patreon, but pretty much nobody wants to deal with anything that might be considered "child pornography".
Loli is often confused with Chibi meaning cute and short more like someone akin to dwarfism (AKA a midget). So when someone draws a midget in adult form it's often confused with loli or it's male counterpart.
I can only imagine how frustrating it must be for midgets to not get proper representation hentai. (lol). "Why can't midgets be sexy, f*ck you people". -some midget somewhere.
Some people might mislabel their stuff unknowingly as loli when it's actually just Chibi.

the loli implementation with the Cute Ribbon was some of the stuff i was most excited for
i wanted to see how it would interact with the other systems in the game, or how they would implement dialogue for it.... really disappointing
it's almost as disappointing as how little dialogue there is for the Succubus transformations! like what the heck man!
for a game largely about hypnosis and transformation I feel like maybe the game is just... too big for itself. There's very little in the way of characterization because they have to account for the fact that 90% of your party can just be soulgems.
I need help, please.

Interact with an alter to restore a soulgemmed character, the easiest one to access is the one in the church (as long as you haven't turned the soulgem into an item etc afterwards, in which case you need to revert them back to a soulgem first)
