Fun as this is, it seems to be reaching that point of no return where the plot's going to unravel in the absence of a harem set-up. There was a v popular VN around here - can't remember the name - where it was going peachy until about v0.18 and suddenly it was all, 'whoa, who do you think you are, screwing every female LI in sight like you're some kind of player in a fantasy AVN?' (uh huh), most of the women got the hump and that was that. At which point, no way was I going to replay the whole thing just to make the 'right' choices, and I wasn't going to stick around for the 'look, this is what you could have won' multiple-ending scenarios.
Sure, the dev could offer options at some crucial 'gotta choose' juncture - like Jenny/Grace, or Haley/Nikki, or solo routes - but the schtick is that they're all working together, right? So if I click the Jenny/Grace button my MC is going to be sitting down with Maria and Eva to say, well, that was fun, but no more hot Latina ass for me, ladies, I'm a taken man.
Might as well switch at that point to the hasty series of lame-o stills ('and some of them lived happily ever after') you often get in place of a proper ending. For all the commendable attempts at realism - moving furniture, sandwiches and chips - there's something to be said for the odd twist of porn logic in a fantasy AVN. Our dude's already haring around town to get his end away four or five times daily, and pretty much in the full knowledge of all the other LIs. This is (ahem) not real life.
