Disagree.... suppose we follow this to it's logical conclusion... where are we? At the point where our char is kissing some chicks ass so she'll sleep with him. Which if we're honest, is where we all are already in our real lives, kissing some chicks ass so she'll sleep with us (no fantasy there, what's next? Games where you're an office drone with a boring car and... that's it?).... and once we're there, dead game. You do realize this game contain incest, right? I like playing games with incest. Incest turns me on, but in no way am I going to try having it in real life with my own mom. There's a lot of negative repercussions for having sex with your family members as well, mate.
That's why these games are called it a "fetish fantasy," where you can live out your weird fetishes, e.g. impregnating a character, without having experiencing real world consequences. If pregnancy isn't a fetish of yours, ignore it. There's usually an option to work around it. Like anal sex isn't a fetish of mine, but there's sure as hell at least one scene of it in ever porn related stories or games.
