This is exactly what it means. The artists have absolutely nothing to do as gameplay features take far longer than animations. The volume of artists means that for each feature in development, there has to be a portion with nothing to do. It seems their current motto is "Bored? Make porn." And as you've seen from updates, with random NPCs dropped constantly, they're doing exactly that.

Some enemies can strip you completely naked for their grapples, and vise versa for you in very few cases. But in the long run no real clothing damage.

Afaik its three people but one of them is "in training" so idk if he's a part of the team still

Cheat Code
As of v0.20.400, you can temporarily unlock the full gallery by using the following instructions:
GALLERY UNLOCK CHEAT CODE INSTRUCTIONS
For anyone who started playing OSH from before build v0.20.400… DO THIS FIRST!!!
  • If using a controller or keyboard, you must go to Options > Category: General > Set Key Bindings. Once there, use Restore Defaults, or manually assign the Cheat actions as follows (keyboard / Xbox controller / PlayStation controller):
    • Cheat control 1: V / LB / L1
    • Cheat control 2: F / RB / R1
    • Cheat control 3: S / Y / Triangle
Once the controls have been assigned, go to the Gallery. On the Entity menu (character select), do the following depending on your input method:
  • Android/Touch/Mouse: Click the white gradient near the bottom center of the screen three times within two seconds.
  • PlayStation DualSense Controller: Hold L1 + R1 and press Triangle three times within two seconds.
  • Windows/Xbox Controller: Hold LB + RB and press Y three times within two seconds.
  • Computer Keyboard: Hold V + F and press S three times within two seconds. Or simply press VVVFFFSSS.
This will unlock all characters and animations until you leave the Gallery. This is only a temporary unlock, and does not affect your gallery data. You can return to normal progress at any time by returning to the title screen.

he is not that hard its a pattern just dont get lost in lewd lel but really just some atacks atre a bit unfair like the fire fist when it goes a line inmediatly but is not superb hard but depends on yer aproach use lewd atack to lessen its defense and the beat down

I beat him on 5th try. And I know he's fucking broken. To many diferent attcaks, too small reaction window. And midfight sex sessions didn't actually do anything while they fucking should at least heal MC. I call this type of balance - complete shit. I'd understnd if he was final game boss, not the FIRST game boss. Not to mention broken nonhuman control scheme.

btw charming him grants healt after sex like 10 or 15 points some atacks get hard but is not superb but if ye dont play many metroidvanias can happen i too have struggles with some bosses before in other games

I dunno where did you get that. Charming attacks show "0" damage and when his lust meter is 100% for whatever reasons he continues to fight. What his lust percent means? Why he has another bar on top of his HP? How the f this is supposed to work?! This is one huge mess. And it was a mess earlier. But to fuck with that, they have more important thing to do - another new attacks.
And now I saw video of this update - for some shitty reasons there is a movie there. SUDDENLY - mc can transform and Bates is shy and sensitive deep inside. The fuck?! Why? Why now? Why there was NO EVEN A HINTS about that? Instead of doing new anims and enemies thay draw an anime. Logic is dead I suppose.

i like more story /btw charming works does 0 damage as you said but bates work like a tank without charmn he can tank more atacks also if you drop him down when charmed you gain health after sex prove it works bur ye the game allows you to beat him witouth charming is just slighly harder and no healing do like the anim tho /also hope the friend that look like and investigator does something cool for the sory
