hmm bara games with this specific kind of "rugged" looks are quite rare to begin with... I can think of BlackHoopS (which is kind of a strange game though) and... thats it?
But it also depends on what you consider similar artstyle. There are several which are kind of adjacent, like To trust an incubus, or Full service, maybe No thank you.
You can have a look at the visual novel database (vndb.org) and check for keywords -I don't know, bara, or muscle or similar) to see if you find something to your liking.
