I doubt it - it has been month by now. Cannot believe it does take this long.
Maybe my save is bugged

Try buying the other paint tubes ftom Emee, perhaps. After I did that, then visited Melisandre the next day she had the paint.I doubt it - it has been month by now. Cannot believe it does take this long.

I'm guessing you've also given the paints (the others, not the black and white) to Rapunzel. If that's the case then unfortunately I'm out of ideas. I got it to work eventually after a chance visit to Melisandre, but I don't know why you're having an issue.
Yes did that. Even loaded my savegame before i bought them and tried to find my mistake - but i did not find one
