It would require major changes to do that. The dev doesn't want it to be like that. Plenty of games with it.

The PDF has been updated in the OP. I also posted the link to the walkthrough Mod in Shaddy's mod post until he has a chance to update it himself, but I'll leave the link below as well.

Daz takes practice to make something that won't embarrass oneself, and even then that doubles the time and tedium. At least with partially rewriting someone else's story the renders are already done. Also I may be wrong but thinking just hijacking dialogue is less involved than starting from scratch from the coding standpoint, esp for a noob that hasn't even got to the "hello world" stage in Python. Oh yeah, then I'd have to write my own story from scratch too instead of adjust someone else's.

It gets a lot better. The material can be dark, but the game itself is mostly very uplifting once the main characters go into recovery.
For me, Lydia is by far the hottest. And I think she GETS the MC the best of any.

It's supposed to start off grim, that's the whole point to it.
It's about drug addicts trying to improve their life. They start at the bottom and build up.

Been 5 years and no one has made her his sister.
When people make incest mods it's for roommates, friends etc.. stuff that still makes sense if turned into family.
Kinda different beast entirely when they are in a relationship. It's not just a case of changing the bond between characters but would require a pretty large script rewrite that wouldn't make sense in a lot of places.
There is a reason no one has done it.
It's about time some pregnancy appeared in the game; Lydia doesn't seem to want to be a mother and Barb already is... a way to spice the game would be to impregnate them all... need some new dynamic to the story.
I know a couple people that will maybe do it after it is finished, they just don't publicly release their mods but do so in DM's for whatever reasons. One guy I know keeps up with like 40 of them (
), and some of them had like several thousand lines replaced. Still the same basic plots, same renders (mostly, even things like screenshots of received phone calls and texts were photoshopped to make it fit), but that's where the similarities end.
