Taking a peek at their Patreon, it looks as though the Dev has several other projects currently in development (comics, games, etc.) with regular progress updates or content releases.
Conversely, there have been no updates about One Lewd World on their Patreon since May 20, 2023. It's probably safe to assume it's abandoned.

The 'Abandoned' prefix is usually added when the dev announces that development is permanently suspended, after 3 months of inactivity on their public crowdfunding site, or after no game updates for over 18 months.
Meh, some of the mods are loose when it comes to whose game and when they'll put the abandoned tag on.

NOT female protagonist 
. If i wanted to play as default male shep i would've done it in Mass Effect. Though i do have the same hoodie he's wearing and no other game here has that kind of immersion to be fair. Very strange choice to put a character from the most amazing video game franchise into a silly porn game, when you could've chosen any boring male model. It's like dining in the most run down food place in town with your favourite restaurant on the other side of the street constantly reminding you that you could be eating the best food you've ever tasted, but instead you chose to try this shitty place just because they have boobs. I don't think i've seen a bigger contrast in my life.
No offence though, if there wasn't a middle-man (literally speaking), this game would be awesome IMO. I might also hate it solely because of dragging Mass Effect into it, and to me that's the equivalent of using AI to put someone i love into porn. I'm sure lots of people here are loving it though. But please tag the protagonist properly, it does matter. And no, i don't read descriptions because most if the time they're longer than this comment and say nothing about the game or the MC.
