After the gym you go to talk to her in her office as normal. She'll talk about being run down and you suggest a vacation. If she is not in her office then it suggests you have done this part. You should then start receiving SMS from her from her vacation each morning...

Sarah is out of the office, but I haven't received any texts from her, yet. I loaded my save, I've reset the arrays, and I've played about ten days, or more, but I haven't heard from Sarah. Do I need to wait longer? Is there something I'm missing?
No worries, you don't need to do anything like that for the other girls so it is a bit out of form, was just trying something different for her
Yeah, some of my older SMSs didn't have a reply set, so it seems the last reply gets repeated. Slowly weeding them all out. Shouldn't cause and negative effects though
Depending how old the save is. Try just resetting the achievement array first, then the full reset if you still see errors. You might see some repeating events but your progress should carry through.
