I've skipped 8 weeks now... Nothing is happening after the first side event with rick. What are the triggers? Do you need to leave the bedroom and go back each day? Do you need to leave the apartment? Is a certain love value needed? Do you need to regularly invite Rick over or not?

Finally got around to playing the new intro. I don't ever post, but i feel compelled by the underlying powers of true quality to do so for this one.

Been following the game since the original version, back when it was just a lil learning project for MrWarmBeer to learn Unity.

It's made astounding progress in the 2ish years since, very, very good stuff.

Many people have rightfully praised a lot about the update, but i most appreciate the audio to my suprise. It might seem minor but it adds a whole new dimension to the game. I always found it eerily creepy with the silence but i never thought we'd get any sound as it's a large effort to implement, let alone commision/license music (to my best knowledge, i couldn't find it in any royalty free libraries), which is very appropriate for setting the vibe.

Stellar work as usual, very excited for the second half of the rework, the extra care you put into trying to take the plot as seriously as a porn plot could really be is very appreciated, sincerity is an underappreciated trait nowadays, this is especially apparent with how Cho is easily the most engaging and detailed storyline now. I do hope for more Tyrone, Burrows content in the future too, but all good things take time.

The only thing I didn't like was that after the MC left his wife, he shot himself.But it wasn't shown what Jody was doing.She just left, and that's it? Well, so far everything seems to be fine, good luck? And anyway, what leverage does the main character have on Jody? Just love? And why did she suck off the patient, I still did not understand, is this a gesture of voluntary will? The game has a lot of questions and few answers, but the introduction is just great.Obviously, you've spent a lot of time on this. I hope they don't make an idiot out of the main character in this game. And if Jody does something behind the main character's back, she should be responsible for it. And you don't have to justify her by saying that I did it for you, it won't work in 2024. Just don't make a stupid NTR out of this game.And most importantly, Jody cheated on her husband, but only MS suffers, it's some kind of crap)))

The intro is just gorgeous and I realized that if you want, then you will just make a very cool game.

I'm the exact same, I just roll my eyes when people say 'meh sound I play with external tunes' etc

The right soundtrack can have an incredible effect on the ambiance of a game, and once you've experienced it, games without feel lifeless.

Last night I went through the new reworked intro from the latest update, and it's good! Very well done, MrWarmBeer!

The new intro is a very welcome update to the game. It breathes more life and backstory in the relationship between Mike and Jody, and others. I love how the dev interspersed developing situations that are happening now which sets up the game's plot while weaving in flashbacks of Mike and Jody in the past. Their evolution from being strangers, to being coworkers, and finally of becoming a couple while also learning more about their backgrounds was done beautifully. Very good job on that front by the dev!

Perhaps more importantly, I greatly appreciate that there are now several key setup questions integrated in this new beginning which changes the tone and contour for the rest of the game. Assuming the dev will continue to follow through with changes similar to the introduction into the sandbox mode, the game will have a different "feel" to it for different players to experience -- such as it being more NTS-focused or NTR-focused or neither, possibility of sharing/swinging, or whether the wife will humiliate the husband or not. Before (in older versions of the game), this wasn't the case and it always felt a bit uneasy how the game shoehorned players into NTRish type of play regardless if players wanted to play it that way or not. In many cases this was due to how "cheating" was handled and how the male MC manipulated certain things through his actions or inactions without telling his wife to steer into a certain resultant outcome, and how the female MC withheld certain information as she followed through with her own actions and kept things secret from her husband despite the level of trust and loving bonds to two might or might not share. It was understandable at the time that some things wouldn't fit neatly due to the sandbox nature of it.

Now, it seems that MrWarmBeer will be working to fine-tune this in the sandbox mode. This is welcome news! From what can be inferred in the intro, players can still have that heavy NTR type of game if that's what they enjoyed where the wife gets into all sorts of sexual encounters with various men regardless of what the husband might think of it, or have a more "wholesome" sharing/NTS experience where they each truly care and respect one another while being open and honest about their thoughts and feelings. That's cool. I want to see more of that -- less manipulation and cheating, and more trust -- for players like me. Ngl, I also like the fact that the player can still mess up Chou's day in a big way if they wanted to in the new reworked intro.

For those players that haven't yet tried this update, give it a run. It's pretty good! Returning players should note the big change in a positive way.

Thanks for the nice words I'm quite happy to see players enjoying their love story, I think it's important for an NTR/NTS game to have a believable one, something where you can genuinely root for the both characters to succeed. It makes "the fall from grace" all that much more impactful

Assuming the dev will continue to follow through with changes similar to the introduction into the sandbox mode, the game will have a different "feel" to it for different players to experience -- such as it being more NTS-focused or NTR-focused or neither, possibility of sharing/swinging, or whether the wife will humiliate the husband or not. This was one of the main reasons behind the rework. As I've stated plenty of times before on the thread, I had no idea what I was doing with the game when I first worked on it (I never even intended to release it to the public) so the story and structure of the game was as loose as a goose. Certain paths would veer too much into one way and other paths would go in the complete direction. Hopefully with the reworks, whatever path you choose you feel much more consistent

• Don't mind an in-game gallery of what was unlocked during a run, but would like to see the inclusion of an actual gallery and scene replay in the game's title screen.
• Speaking of, that's a cool new title screen image. (At least I don't recall that image before.)
• Does Will or Bella have have any h-scenes yet?
• Not kink-shaming, but I personally dislike pathetic male MCs and hope there will be more opportunities for Mike to be more confident/dominant.
• More opportunities for the "Stag & Vixen" dynamic for players interested in that. Other characters may or may not be aware of this dynamic.
• More opportunities for a "D/s" or "Master/slave" dynamic for players interested in that. The dynamic may or may not even be between the husband and wife.
• The dirty talk between Barrows and Jody is pretty hot. How Mike makes her feel like his whore instead of his wife, and how Jody enjoyed being called a dirty slut and wants Barrows to fuck her as long as he wants because that's what both Mike and Jody wanted. Holy shit!
• Noticed that the old Chou intro images are still present in the game so it'll be interesting to see if they'll be revisited in future updates if Chou didn't have a "bad day" during the new intro. ;]
• Perhaps add a character that isn't an old man or too young that isn't a complete douchbag or has ulterior motive for the preeminent couple to encounter?
• I know this game is more focused on the wife doing the rounds, but will the barista, Casey, from the intro be revisited in the future?
• Timmy not knowing what "sex" is incredibly unbelievable. He's a teenager for crying out loud!
• Will the wife forever be continually be sad if she's not allowed to sexually relieve Shuchang, the old patient at the hospital?
• Will the orbit of criminality surrounding Tyrone come into play soon?
• Is the unknown hacker that can be contacted through Rick still part of the game?
• Didn't name the male MC as "Rick" this time around (like my very first playthrough) by going with the default names; thus, avoiding a lot of confusion, heh.

the MC is always alpha and the most important.

I can't tell if MrWarmBeer was joking there. Not everyone will enjoy or like every character in a game nor possibly even like the old man kink in general. Plus, that's Jody's workplace and Shuchang is a patient under her direct care there. That's one less degree of separation compared to the folks from the cafe or Mike's workplace. For players directing Jody to keep a level of professionalism (where other care providers are also available) to best help her patients results in the FMC to be perpetually be sad regardless of anything else that happens in the game seems punishing for those players.

In the path of swinging with Rick, mc is not the dominant side, also, every time Emma had sex with Rick the love with mc became lower a little. I hope in the future update mc will be the dominant one and the sharing sex won't affect the love relationship between the couple.

Really don't think Rick fits that normal guy mold well cus, well... He's kinda normal yes, but circumstancially likely furthest away from normal, which makes him come off as pretty weird in context. I've met some kinky people yet "hey Bro let me fuck your Wifey" isn't exactly a recurring theme. It'd be much more fitting if it was just a regular guy putting the moves on her, maybe a route that's unlocked if she already has some xorruptiob making her succeptible to someones advances if she likes them enough, which would be a p separate mechanic/theme than that of anyone else in the game.

I mean, this IS a NTR game lol. What I like about games like this or Let the Nightshine In is that you're offered a variety of relations based on different interactions.
Boss is blackmail with Wifey initiating things due to a morally grey but well intended action.
Tyrone is opposite coin, blackmail with MC making wifey think its netorase/consensual.
Landlord is power play, basically that mid point between NTR and netorase.
Shucham and the kid once again are like two sides of a coin, playing into good intentions but from opposite spectrums, basically "cheating but not-really".
Rick is the one that's pretty much the vanilla option out of all of these.
And if her ex gets some itd still have a pretty different interaction since it's an old flame.

So someone that would be pure cheating rather than having contrived reasoning would be kinda a breathing of fresh air imho given how every other path works.

I don't like ugly bastards so its not like I like the NTR options myself, hence exactly another big reason why I want a conventional NTR/cheating path. I have no problem with more NTRS, it's that I think the NTR sways to specific tastes a lot rather than something more pure.
