For those that need it this is their other game on here. It's very similar but has a full English translation not just MTL.

I mean comparing the MTL's size (5.5GB) and this one's size (9.2GB), either they upscaled it due to the decensor improvements or there is indeed extra content! But how should I know? I didn't play the game... yet...
