Cant wait for Alex to get off our ship already. Can't think of 1 legit reason the little shit is still there. Considering that it is technically a "military" vessel (even if its a science and exploration ship) and that there is a chain of command, he is entirely out of order on literally all the occasions. His attitude is terrible and i would have left him on the first planet i came across had i been the captain. Why is he even in the story? lol

Did I miss something? Isn't he off the ship because he thought he was helping out the assassin girl? There's even a scene with him on another planet / moon, undertaking his "mission" for her.

I love the game, but I must say that every time an update comes out I get a little worried.
And it's all because of one thing. As a big fan of romance, this game pretty much meets my expectations regarding this. Personally, I would have preferred Nyx to have a much more romantic route instead of having to choose maledom or femdom. The good part is that her interactions are pretty normal, the MC doesn't treat her like crap. lol
Anyway, with this update, before I played it, I was worried because I was afraid that the relationship with some other girl would take a more domination oriented direction. When the scene with the doctor came, I was afraid this was going to come true.
However... I must say that I was very relieved and I'm really happy to have the option to kiss her and have the scene become much more romantic. The writing in that part and the way the MC expresses if you choose the option to kiss her seemed very fitting to me. I hope that this decision is respected and that the relationship between the MC and the doctor, if we choose that option, evolves into a more real and romantic relationship.
Anyway, I started playing this update with doubts but I was very relieved to be able to have a purely romantic scene with the doctor. And hopefully and soon more real one-on one-scenes with our favorite beautiful reptilian wife.

Honestly, possibly my favorite moment of the game so far is with her. When she says it's a little hard for her to hear another girl's name while the MC ejaculates into a container she's holding — very similar to calling the name of Girl A while having sex with Girl B — I suddenly felt really sad. But then to have the option for the MC to kiss her to show her she's actually important to him was perfect. I loved that scene.

In defense of Alex, until he went full incel (never go full incel), I was quite annoyed by the protagonists orders to him, especially the first landing where Alex could've been sent to gather samples whilst keeping an eye on the ship with his clearly long range rifle. What happened with Alex was partially MC boneheads fault. I wonder what the new prologue does with him... I was kinda excited to have a bro in one of these games for once...

Man, only on the second planet and once again the cockroach of an MC was utterly useless and captured just like with the first planet. I'm starting to see why this game isn't very popular.

That review has a rather skewed perspective due what I think are probably some unique hangups. For instance, none of the things he calls rape, are ever portrayed or characterized as rape. The story is a lighthearted hentai space romp and the player character is a horny DTF space captain. That might understandably not be your thing, but it's not as grim as that review paints it. It's dumb in some spots sure, but I consider it a healthy-being-the-operative word dose of porn logic.
I would give it a try and form your own opinion. The game is free after all and the only thing at cost is your time. I count it among the best use of HS2 on this site. It has high quality animations, and most importantly, the smut side of things has actual meat to it - things get progressively spicy (oh boy, the Nyx and Clermont scenes from the past two updates) and the h-scenes are paced in a way that the text doesn't feel like an afterthought - something that unfortunately plagues 90% of the games on this site IMO.
