Yeah, its the game from the OP just reduced in size by deleting the duplicate pictures/scripts.

tried to do what u said but got the following error:
The application could not be started correctly (0xc0000906)
missing payload.dll
tried to download the game several times, run it as admin but nothing.
guess i will have to play this masterpiece in my mind

I downloaded mine from the torrent shared on post #103. I did not get any issue from playing.

I also downloaded the file from the opening post, but whenever i unziped the file (im using 7zip), i got error on some files from extracting properly. so i decided to use the torrent file which is already extracted.

Well, once again Milk Factory have outdone themselves with the security of these games. First they used tjs files in order to avoid anybody checking their game scripts, now they have probably (and I say probably since GarBro needs to receive a new update with the hex key used for this game, so yet another thing Milk Factory does in order to protect the game even further).
Considering this, I can honestly say that they have put some pretty intense roadblocks for a game released 3-4 years ago....
Honestly, my best bet is to wait for the JAST USA release, so we can use a Free DRM version entirely (although Steam can be completely deactivated by typing in hsuc.cf --> steam="no").

I tried the steam="no" and this happened. I'm trying to run this on my mac's virtualbox/parallel so that's probably part of the issue, but I did get the other games working via parallels.

Share the program which decoded and again encoded game archives, I have again at the same place errors when trying to decode game archives.



Do you have some program that can decode data and encode XP3 from this VN.

I did not compress it. I just removed the xp3's that are dublicated and not needed for the English version. (For example the Censored files).

The game has a custom encryption. I am also not able to decrypt it.

found the solution, just disable antivirus/check the history of protection, and recover the "virus" file, worked for me
