Red switch on the wall. Guitar master game is not mentioned as minigame. (cannot disable it)

Yes in this part of game you cannot switch it of. But as I said, in this part is no minigames only that guitar master game and that you cannot switched off. But you don't need to win this game, simple.

after walking with the GF in the park i get stuck in the school, the blue icon suggest i should enter the classroom nut clocking on the door does nothing. anyway to fix this?

now that you said it, i noticed the sparkling on the chair but since it's white on white it won't be seen unless the player already knows where to look, you could signal that with an arrow or make those chairs blue like in the other rooms of the school.

I found Steroids, Tickets and Achievement points, but still I get "You Failed. Try Again." And if I try to leave his room I get "Why would I go out?"
