Do these Steam Shovelware devs all have access to the same assets, or are they all the same person/team? There was a game posted yesterday from a "different" dev, with exactly the same scenes, but the girls have different color hair, and maybe different color clothes. Steam is fine with obvious asset swaps, but they turn away legit devs with actual stories, and their own art, and won't even tell them why.

probably same studio or maybe it's unity asset store "make your porn game starter" pack and they just all use it and copy paste the shit without any thought gameplay or variety

The fact that some of those previews have exactly the same text in them, and that even more of them are taken before the text even loaded in, is not promising at all.

How to spot a Shovelware Release.
(This primarily works with steam, but even the previews here)

Sign 1. They use that "Slight sex movement, then zoom and twist to another scene." in preview images/video

Examples are easily seen in the "Dev Notes/about this game"

Sign 2. Theres 3 or more titles in the Similar Threads below this. with basically the same title by same dev. (Does not count for things that are actually sequels/new engine. Lust Theory and Lust Theory (Unity) )

Sign 3. None of their releases come with release notes.
