It's just a guess, but I suspect we won't be getting Evelyn's full, controllable power anytime soon. Would short-circuit too much of the story if we could spend a whole day in (e. g.) Parker's head just by touching her...
MC is a horny teenager that lives his life as a blissful ignorant. if he got that power, after hearing what Evelyn had to deal with, he would be more tempted to use it to spy on girls than to learn potential secret plots. Parker is one of his fantasies, but he doesn't really need to spy on her as he gets plenty of peeking on her already. he would be more tempted to spy on Riley to learn where she works, Lucia to perv on her or get some dirt, Mrs Ross to learn more about her side business, or even Amber to potentially help her better and understand her feelings (living a day in her shoes), or Marina to learn the desires of random people
that's how easy it is for the dev to avoid revealing the plot because of that power.
Yes that's a valid point but as of yet there's no "reward" for doing so. We are technically given the option to refuse but let's be honest, we're not meant to.
you don't really need a reward though. you already avoid having to deal with the consequences of that choice, it's a reward in itself IRL
Seriously. MC lucked out big time having a potential girlfriend who seems 100% on board with consensual non-monogamy (assuming you didn't make her angry) given the nature of his power. She's gonna fit right in her role as Harem Queen.
she only gave him permission to fuck the sisterhood. not anyone else yet, explicitly. she saw Moonsong asking MC to fuck Cat, so she might forgive it when she sees it in her dream, but other girls might be a stretch.
she allowed him to fuck the sisterhood because they are his fantasies, and she doesn't feel like they would steal him from her. it's just sex, and she, herself, indirectly fucks other people on a daily basis, so she might feel it's ok as long as it's just sex. Moonsong even called Evelyn immediately once feelings were involved, so Evelyn feels they are safe. but real girls from school might be a completely different story as feelings could quickly be involved.
we will see how she deals with Amber's feelings for MC. if Evelyn is willing to share with Amber, then she is on board for a harem/polygamy relationship.
