Because this game is the master of technicalities, thats why, I admit, some of them actually caught me by surprise, they are pretty clever ways of using the setting.

More and more I play I'm starting to realize maybe she is the villain, and could have affected MC's parents in the past, and MC's unknown aunt will be able to save the day later. (I am not a fan of her sleeping around because just fighting MC's sexual urges, so if she future Li then I'll pass, her sleeping around isn't my concern, it's the fact doing it fight urges) for being a manipulator to MC

There are other subtle hints that she has a secret grudge against MTF and in general the powers that run shit now that superflu is a thing. I think the dev is questioning the concept of hero and villain here. There are a few morality options with the sisterhood that might have bigger impact than suspected. The Principal, MTF and government as a whole are clearly doing things that the general public aren't fans of.
