As for safe mode, it changes Marina from being fingered by him to getting a touch on the arm. It didn't change the others because they already aren't getting fingered. It also changes some Parker dialogue this chapter (she doesn't mention trying to quell her desires for MC by sleeping with other young men on occasion).

I've suspected for a while the principal is definitely not a good dude, so I suspect this may eventually happen. Directly intervening with Cat and the two rapists I think is the more urgent issue for the next day though.

I'm reserving my judgment on Marina until we learn a bit more exactly what she's running from. Sounds like it might be something like a sexually abusive father and a mother that's been gaslit into not believe it, or something. Obviously she could have been a bit braver in that situation, but the dude literally knew and played on her biggest fear, so I can cut her a little slack, especially since she did initially try to help.

But yeah, definitely like Cat quite a bit more now and hope those two rapists get what's coming to them.

The thought occurred to me too. I suspect Parker will intentionally not reveal this to MC, at least for a while, and that when it eventually does come up it'll lead to some drama where MC has to deal with doubts about if the LIs actually like him for who he is or due to his power.

Oh, I guess I'm not that funny. Sorry. It was just a play on a scenario in my head, and after seeing everyone just show up in front of the washroom wanting to experience it.

But being honest...a dude selling a fuck'ish type pleasure feeling to the love interests, is odd...if she (hypothetically) keeps going on about it to MC, and or using the service regularly. ...not for MC if that happens.

A lot of analogies can be drawn between this dude's power and drug use, so if she starts to secretly go back to Bathroom Boy for a hit, it would be the same as her sneaking off and getting high on meth.

While I do think her emotions have to do with it, my original comment was a little tongue in cheek. It's an AVN, of course sex with MC is the solution, right?

I'm with you for the dudes, but Marina was in such a terrible position.

Yes, my opinion of her dropped a lot when she was going to let the rapists have Cat and then threw Cat under the bus to Principal Prickface, but my dislike is tempered with a lot of empathetic pity.

Parker has been secretly attracted to MC for a looooong time before MC's manifestation and eventual evolution of his power, so you can put Parker in the "genuine" category as well. She's simply the only one that is currently aware of how his power is affecting her ability to resist it. Probably Riley too for similar reasons. The sisterhood didn't even know him until he had already manifested though, so... I could see them questioning whether their feelings for him are real or if they're due to his power.

Evelyn, Amber, Parker and Riley I think appreciate Mc very much but don't show it properly (especially Riley).

As for the sisterhood, it's a matter of time but for the drama it could be an interesting twist and development like for Moonsong. It would be an interesting story.

It feels to me like the only way to 'fix' this world is to eliminate all superpowers (power corrupts is likely the overall moral the dev is going for). So, the question becomes what role does MC play? He is 'copying' powers, but not 'stealing' them. Not clear how he'll be able to take or disable the powers of others ... maybe it will relate to another power he obtains in the future?

Other than that, it seems like the gameplay is rather limited if you make an 'ethical' playthrough, which is understandable but disappointing.

It's not like those two assholes will leave her alone after this, so backing up Cat's story is not only the "right" thing to do, it's her best chance to eliminate the assholes once and for all. Yeah, it's a gamble, but doing nothing is a pretty big a gamble too, so why not at least ease your conscience in the process?

I chalk this up at least partially to shock, "fight or flight" response, etc. It's a lot easier without all those things affecting your mind to see what logically makes the most sense, but for the person in the moment it's extremely common even for otherwise smart, good people to do things you in hindsight realize are stupid or morally bad.
