You're both wrong, her primary power is super strength, her extra power is super healing because her body would start to tear itself apart when she uses her super strength otherwise.
You are right i had to replay the part.. Her healing is a passive power while her strength is her main power. but for MC the healing is his main power and strength is his passive power.

But for most powers I think that if MC gets a non-passive power from a girl that would otherwise inhibit the further acquisition of other powers then his metagene dampens it and makes it controllable for him. If the girl can't control it but it's cock-blocking MC then he can dampen her instance long enough for him to acquire it.
I don't think the pill has anything to do with making the power passive; it's just another avenue to get the power if MC can't convince a girl to bang him or it's possessed by a guy. MC's metagene figures out whether having the power active all the time will cause a problem or not no matter how he gets it.

Again, other way around. Healing is passive for MC, he doesn't have to activate it, it's always working. He'd be dead right now if it was an active power he needs to turn on and off. The super strength is an active power, he needs to activate it to use it. It's why when he first punches Ruth it doesn't do anything, but then he turns it on and he actually effects her

I hated that path tbh it's only good if all you care about is porn. But when it comes to the character building it's terrible.

I always assumed she was a greenish-blue hue, never really looked that closely to be honest. If she's blue, that'd make him the fourth member of the Blue Man group. I don't think it was that great of a corruption path either. She kind of started off mostly corrupted too. I think corruption only works with certain games and themes this isn't one of them to me it's just there for the porn side of it. So there was nothing to get excited for when it comes to the corruption at least for me there wasn't so it was boring. Very few games does corruption in a way I enjoy or like.
I can't do the manipulation route after doing the love route (except to unlock scenes in the gallery). Once you know why she is the way she is, the manipulation path is cruel.

tbh I never liked it to begin with but yeah now I like it even less. the manipulation route felt too easy for me so I couldn't really enjoy it. So I really call that path the porn route
