Yes, it is a bug, but if you click the select button even though the condition is wrong, it will still jump to the path that follows.

For story purposes the "normal" path has a couple of important conversations towards reconciling Evelyn and Lucia, which do not happen on the other path.
On the "manipulated" path, the Lucia/Sapphire scene is extended (even moreso if lesbian content is also enabled).

Sex scenes were a blast, but the plot felt stagnant. the EoC cliffhangers are great but it feels like more and more are going unresolved. I am kinda bummed that the MC's sexual prowess and appeal is all an ability because it makes me feel like the MC is roofieing everyone into sexual favors. My main play through is now the sexless route.
I don't know whether my save is bugged or not, but I didn't get the Arwen's visit scene in my playthrough. I thought it was mutually exclusive with Lucia's photoshoot scene, but I don't think this is the case. When does it happen in the story?

Before falling asleep, but it is only possible if you have chosen to have your first time with Evelyn and if during the Moonsong tests you have chosen the Anna construct

if you use URM just change the "annaoption" variable to yes before that scene is supposed to come up (after you get ported home from the Lucia event), that should enable the scene.
Mixed feelings about this game. The H scenes are all great, as is the writing for them too. I love the dynamic with Lucia, Amber and Ruth in particular. It's super hot.
... but when I first played this game, maybe when it was around v0.3, I really enjoyed it for the general story and background lore it was building too. The main story feels rather lost now, with it being as if the early episodes set up a premise of something interesting, but now it's just filler between the sex scenes (which again, are very good tbf).
Still positive about the future with this, but just believe it could achieve even more if they tidy up the narrative side of things.

It's not, it's 0.7 just as you say. But according to the splashscreen video it's 0.4.0 for me (not that this has caused any issues)...
