We can argue about it all day but the fact of the matter is Ruth eventually warmed up to the MC. From there on, there was noticeable lack of insults/jabs against him. From that point on, it became playful banters. Which is another strong indication that perhaps Ruth was half-serious when she was threatening the MC.

But to answer the first part, let's call it "questionable" consent. They were both quite drunk and she started her handjob while he was still asleep. However, they had been fooling around quite a bit with each other before going to bed until Amber stopped him (because she knew Evelyn had a huge crush on him), and he didn't try to stop her after waking up or express any anger at her for doing so. So while he didn't give informed, enthusiastic consent at the moment she started, he had clearly expressed an interest in doing sexual stuff with her beforehand and didn't expressed any desire for her to stop after waking up.
I don't know if sarcastic is the right word or just commenting on society, but I was not meant serious, I did however think about the jeremy kyle show clip with the guy that jumped out the window and him repromanding the audiance after.

However, I think MC is depicted as a calm dude, who tends to wash away insults and empty threats. So, he could seem weak, but he truly doesn't care much, so he won't bother retaliating, he knows it wouldn't worth it.
MC admires the Sisterhood, so he probably forgave some things 'cause he was excited to have Ruth guarding him, even if she didn't want to. Then they connected a bit and their relationship changed before he got fed up with her attitud.
As for Amber, she was out of line for sure and MC knows that, but he thinks there are mitigating circumstances, like Amber's need for conection, her depression, her conflictive feelings about Evelyn that prevented her to pursue a relationship with MC, and of course, horniness. Considering that, and given the fact that he liked it, he let it slide.

the pics in the OP are from the game, but you may not see all of them in one playthrough. The rest you sometimes see in the thread are mostly special renders made by the dev for supporters, you won't find them in game (like your example)

Not to mention seeing what might have happened to Cat and Marina and stopping it, especially when one of the dudes also had been present to bully Kyle and eventually get him killed. I think at that point a part of him wanted to put down the guy (and not just stop him in that moment). Shipping them both off to the farm is justice.

I will add that while this is a special render and not something in the game currently, I'd be extremely surprised if there isn't any Amber x Evelyn content available in future updates. That's a throuple in the making almost guaranteed.
Also since MC will need Amber's invis once she mastered it he will need to fuck her. Evelyn will do whatever she can to please MC and get him powers so a threesome is the least she will do for him. She might even come to terms with both of them loving MC through a shared relationship. This is a harem porn game after all, it would be unnatural not to happen.
