I believe that file only fixes the menu image with the right version.
Pretty sure the poster you quoted meant the update to v0.8.2 that isn't here yet.
The Pill plot is definitely necessary. What if a power is required by the plot but the player doesn't want to fuck the character?
The potential is there but with the Pill plot giving powers without sex is kinda meh.
A lot of players on this site don't like forced sex/LI
Yeh well go play 'a foreign world' then, no need for sex, same idea...No orgies... Just plain old harem...
I like this one better, concerning this specific 'problem'.

That transition from "Will you be my friend... Best friend" to " Fuck my ass harder!!" was fuckin awesome and delivered with perfect timing to break out of the heavy emotions from the previous scene

I said I'd do this in a few weeks but screw it, let's do it now. I'm gonna be extra cruel and only include the main girls that we have had some significant content with. And yes Lucia has officially been promoted to main girl - play her non-manipulation route to find out why.
Another great update, MC gets more powerful, gets another great girl, good story and some great sex scenes.
