You could use the in-game guide, which is up-to-date. But no, as far as I know, BloodyMares is the only one making a walkthrough, and I haven't seen any activity on his Patreon.

I think you got details wrong. The girl tries to emulate the protagonist apperance because she had twin swister who had died when they were children. She didn't want to steal heroine's boyfriend.

No one but the developer knows it at this point. For what's worth, Seymour's contract is internally handled like any other "relationship route" (although with extra variable which determines Lena's overall attitude towards it) so accepting it is effectively pairing Lena with potential LI and possible reason for breakup with her established relationship, if any.

It could be a bug, or maybe you loaded save from a different play-through on accident. It could also just be Louise with her mood swings. She is emotionally unstable.
This was in a new playthrough. Looks like bug. Louise talked about Jeremy like that when she was still with him and later she called Lena to threesome because Lena gave him a handjob or blowjob. And the silent treatment happened when Louise cries jealous of Stan and Holly.
