Real-life is not Twitter where you have to attack everyone with a different opinion and educate them immediately. If you do that to your friends, you won't have any friends. And as someone already said, the subject was porn, not trans-issues. I understand the criticism towards Wade, since he's uncultured in that department. But come on, it's obvious that everyone present in the scene has different opinions. Perry likes trans porn, Wade is close-minded about it, Emma is very open-minded about everything, Alison and Cindy don't like porn in general. Cindy is actually the most trans-friendly of the bunch, saying to Perry that watching trans-porn doesn't make you pro-trans, since you're making a fetish out of trans women. Do you absolutely need Ian to go all political in that scene and start a heated argument to ruin the mood for everyone? It's not in his character, he just came to have fun with his friends, he's got a lot of bullshit to deal with as it is.

On the other hand I am sure that in the next chapter we will see more of Seymour and Axel. Basically Ian says in this episode that he has to remind Lena to give Seymour her manuscript, and I'm sure he will ask Lena for something in return.
In another way, I think that later there will be a temporary jump of a few years. With all the characters married or with a family who are suddenly intertwined again by that red string. Okey, I admit it, I just want to see Lena as a young MILF

I don't have the script at hand, but playing through the scene I felt that the language was borderline dehumanizing. The range of reactions went from calling trans women "men with tits", to saying trans women are an okay fetish to have.
It's whatever. It's Eva's game to write and she's entitled to have as much transphobia in it as he wants, but I'm entitled to my opinion and in my opinion this part was unnecessary and pretty telling of certain biased and beliefs.

Saying that trans people are people not fetishes is hardly a diatribe. It could at least be an option, considering we're supposed to be given a range of responses to pick from.
An okay-to-excellent portrayal of trans people? The only trans character in GGGB is introduced in a scene where she assaults a woman in a bathroom, and is later revealed to be a prostitute. Stellar representation, yes.
Tell Louise about Jeremy, start a romance with her, and take the drug that Ivy offers you in the club bathrooms.

I initally wasn't too fond of that scene either. Not in a "this is scandalous" way, more that it propably could have been solved a bit better. After replaying it I think the arguments are more balanced than I initially thought, though. But if you choose to make fun of Perry, Ian is the one who's introducing the term "dickgirls". For me, that makes the comment propably more disrespectul towards trans people than towards Perry, so the issue might be that the choice you make and the dialogue it leads to feels less coordinated than in most other cases. I don't consider it a big issue, but I think it's the kind of topic people feel is worth raising simply because Eva Kiss' writing generally is so much better and more nuanced than most other AVN developers.
Edit: A solution could for example have been to include one addition choice option where Ian shuts down Wade in a firm, but non confrontational way. "They're not just kinks, they're real people too, you know." It wouldn't have to be a bigger deal than that, and I think that would be in line with Ian's personality in most scenarios.

For games with a more realistic(ish) theme, I really like Dr Amana, Sexual Therapist. Still earlier in development. I've got other suggestions for well written adult games also, though they're more on the cartoony/comedic tip or are based in sci-fi/fantasy.
As for the writing in most games on this site... yeah. Fucking terrible.

Lena already barely has any relationship in the game so far when compared to Ian (not including protagonists fucking each other) and to not get the depressing and drugged version of Jessica you need to cut off two out of three of Lena's possibles sexual partners .
Oh sorry, I thought you were talking about the scene where Louise and Ivy kneel down in front of Jeremy. That is what I want to discover in my gameplay.

I think it's the beauty of it. People are different. And it's very clear in that scene, where everyone has a different opinion. Not everyone is perfect. And with the choices, Ian can be a decent guy or a massive asshole to his friends or in general. I mean, after being rejected by Jessica, he can say "You're not even that hot" or be mean towards Alison. For a dude who can say these things, is kink-shaming Perry for liking trans-girls in porn really such a big deal? Eva Kiss doesn't paint these kinds of comments in a positive light. Wade comes across as a douche and Perry as a sensible guy. And Ian can either be a bigger douche and kink-shame Perry, or be neutral, because even if he'd like to defend trans-girls, it's Wade's birthday. Antagonizing him on his birthday is being a bad friend. And again, the heated argument would sour the mood for everyone. There's time and place for everything. I see nothing wrong when Eva leaves a choice to the player whether to act transphobic or not. The game shouldn't feel like preaching.
And these sensitive reactions are exactly the reason why Eva is uncomfortable writing any gay/bi content. Because no matter how she does it, she'll end up pissing someone off who'll be very quick to go all cancel-culture on her.
It has been explained many times: Jasmine was a request of a high-tier patron (at the start of GGGB's development there was a tier that let you do that, Nat was another example), a trans herself, that asked for her to be displayed that way.
Btw, Eva is trying to tell a story not writing a pollitical essay. There are transphobic people (and language) in the world, as there are nazis, sexists and Michael Bolton fans; should an author refrain to introduce such nasty characters in his work if he sees fit?
