Well, in that case, Lena may still be speaking to Ian, but they aren't going to be "hooking up" any more. She also rakes Ian over the coals pretty good for sleeping with Holly. I'm not sure I'd agree this is a happy situation, but I guess that's a subjective opinion and YMMV!
