I think Eva is trying to base this game off realism, so some of those fetiahes such as incest and beastiality might not flow properly within the world. It means that no sane person would indulge in sick fetishes like bestiality. You'd have to be absolutely fucked in the head to want to experience it in real life. Hell, even GGGB opted out of some bizarre stuff and that game was over the top where it would be plausible (I can totally imagine that Ethan, being a sicko that he is, would probably have these fantasies).
I believe that incest is much more common around the world than we are led to believe but it usually "stays in the family" and is not spoken about. But Patreon being Patreon, it might discourage Eva Kiss from including it in ORS as well.
Others I guess can have their real-life practices but could be pretty rare outside porn.

Not the greatest of arguments tbh. You can even find pedo porn as well. Just because some people are capable of doing some crazy shit doesn't mean it's healthy and should be included in the game with a very grounded atmosphere that tries to be relatable and deep. You need to be mindful of the genre first and foremost. You wouldn't include campy over the top stuff in The Dark Knight or Daredevil but it would work just fine in The Mask or Deadpool. Same here. ORS is definitely not the genre for these kinds of weird things. Given that it's a porn game that tries to be serious, there's definitely going to be some porn logic involved, featuring some of the biggest genres and fetishes of the mainstream porn. Hoping for anything extra bizarre would be like expecting famous A-list movie actors starring in movies with a real graphic depiction of unsimulated sex.

In my opinion, I think that using more “taboo” fetishes would do this project an injustice as they are considered off limits by general society That being said, currently the game follows a certain mainstream narrative and if it continues down on that path, then kinks such as incest and beastiality would be a bit of a shit stain on white linen, as they are considered “wrong” in many most countries and cultures (especially western culture, which is what this game is based on)

If the dev chooses to follow a more taboo route, I would not be horribly upset (if there is enough reason behind it), but as it stands I think doing so would cause harm to a brilliantly started narrative.
