It's pretty much the same except he seems more intrigued/positive about Gillian mentioning wanting to grab coffee. Choice appears to follower her back or ignore her. After following her back Ian says next move is on her wether she wants to meet or not.

Well if hurting Ian is your kink you should hope for Loyal Ian x Loyal Holly having options for her to cheat somewhere down the line, that's my current favorite prospect. Slutty Holly is hot, but in order for her to be that way you can't have her as girlfriend which sucks.
