I am so sorry to have to tell you...but doctors agree that it is easier to dig a hole than to build a pole.

It is not as easy as they say, especially given the future problems caused by these operations.

It's surprising that the majority of patrons who are straight male players prefer to play as a FMC over a male MC, which is not to be said for otome games. One user said that even on this forum that majority prefers a FMC, there's even a poll, which is confusing since the most popular ranked game have a male mc.

It's more a matter of taste, personally I prefer to play as ian, it's more entertaining for me. As for lena I just read and memorize the key moments of her story and forget the rest.

The reason is simple, using an MC can be boring to a certain extent because the options are limited (harem game ) but using a FMC will open up many sexual options that can attract players more, like a lesbian gangbang, I like the idea, right?

I really don't mind how limited the male protagonists are in these kinds of games. Also there are other aspects that can be explored but most developers are not good writers so those aspects are left out and it becomes a meaningless sex fest.

I guess it could be due to most of the patrons coming from GGGB which had female protagonist. So that's sort of like pre-selection for what EK's audience has interest in, and just a specific subset. Meantime male players overall prefer male MC (with a bid dick, so they can live vicariously through them)

Romance - Ian already is lovey dovey with most of the girls. Whats there to add beyond intimate kissing and staring?
Anal - Already there with some girls. Some explicitly didn't like it, so further forcing it on them would only work with chad Ian and the girls reducing to porn characters.

I don't think polling your audience should be seen as an endeavour lacking purpose in of itself, though I understand your criticism. She introduces the poll by mentioning "variety" but includes options like bbc, cucking and ffm which is already represented fairly imo.

I could see that she'll perhaps adjust what art she spends her time making. There is not much reason to spend a ton of time making fisting, watersports, rimming and foot fetish material if comparably few players care about it for example. I could also see her emphasise some of the more popular kinks with more of the various characters so players have a good selection regardless of who they pair up Lena and Ian with.
