Is there a way to have Jeremy as a candidate for the threesome?
Yes, if Lena has some sexual history with Jeremy he's an option in CH.13. if Ian is on cuck path he'll reluctantly accept this as possibility, otherwise he'll shoot it down.
Python:
                "Jeremy" if lena_jeremy_dating or v8_jeremy_flirt or v7_bbc == "lena":
l "How about Jeremy? I think he'd be up for it..."
//...
                    if v12_jeremy_crisis and ian_cuck < 2:
i "No way. Not with that guy... I don't like the way you two dealt with things, keeping me in the dark."
l "Yeah, I know... I'm sorry about that."
                        if ian_lena > 0:
                            call friend_xp ('ian',-1) from _call_friend_xp_1279
i "I'm not comfortable with the situation... Besides, I'm not in good terms with Jeremt right now, so no. You'll have to think of someone else."
                        jump v13mmfchoose1
                    else:
                        $ ian_lena_mmf_guy = "jeremy"
                        i "Jeremy?"
l "Yeah. He seems pretty easygoing, and you two get along, right?"
                        if lena_jeremy_dating:
                            if ian_lena_couple_late:
i "Well... You've been hooking up with him already..."
l "But not anymore. I mean, I'm not gonna fool around with him... Unless you're involved too, of course."
i "We could... think about it."
                                l "Great."

l "I'm glad you think that way."
                        else:
i "I just wasn't expecting you to pick Jeremy. But yeah... I guess we could think about it."

What is the condition for " ian_lena_couple_late " ?

Also Gillian should have appeared earlier in the story, she should have always been present like Axel for Lena. Mostly because the character model is so attractive that it's a waste not to have a bunch of sex scenes with it. :p
Totally agree. I would so much love to see Gillian in action.
For the rest I like Arthur being part of the show again

Wade is the most insane character in the game actually, how can you have a girlfriend as smoking hot as Cindy and be such a lazy bum is beyond me. I'd understand if he had clinical depression of something, but he seems just fine when hanging out with Perry.
Wade doesn't have Cindy for long, doesn't he? He loses her in every playthrough, even if Ian tells him to keep his shit together.
Cindy helds on to him on good faith, gives him chances and isn't breaking up because of one single misstep. Even people in abusive relationships that have it significantly worse than Cindy can hold on on their partners. Breaking up and getting a new partner is stressfull and not guaranted (look at Alison), because she is indecisive and wants stability and security. She is only breaking up with Wade as she becomes more and more convinced her new career and friend Axel live up to her standards and seem a safe risk. While I wouldn't say Axel on his own managed to let her breakp up with Wade, he merely sped up the inevitable.

And with Perry, he just relaxes, plays videogames and competes in tournament that are his passion. Even a depressed person barely functioning can be happy in their stressfree comfort zone, even more so if they use it to vent from the stressfull everyday life.

People who are seeing each other, however it starts, still go on dates though. Basically any activity, out and about, with the people in the relationship, can be a date. Even chore dates (shopping/errands) are a bit more than fucking someone at their work, or calling them for a hookup. Ian and Lena walk in the park at least. Go on a mini-beach vacation, hit the club together. No one else even takes her out to a movie or dinner (forgot, rich guy takes her to dinner to grill her about Nitzche), the most cliched of dates. Even Ian seeing Lena at the life drawing class is closer to a date than everyone else, iirc. (haven't played the recent Stan route) I think the point stands that all Lena's male LIs are not treating her well stands.
Axel does take her out to coffee to apologize, but he gives her space after that, since it's framed as the end of their relationship. And it can be, if you/Lena refuse to look at the photos.

Robert takes her out to Shine. He has to leverage saving her job to get her to go out for a drink with him, but by the criteria of 'basically any activity' it counts. He also shows up at her life drawing class. Realistically, Robert might be the closest any of the characters come to being single, available and trying to date her, outside of Ian and Stan, but Lena is the one who only wants him as a fuck piece.

At least lampshade that shit by them not wanting to be caught out, while on a date.
Has critical thinking deteriorated so much that we need the characters to state the obvious for it to be accepted fact/truth? Axel, Jeremy and Mike have no reason to risk taking Lena out on a date, even if they wanted to, so why would they?

Even still, while there are characters who exist purely for sex scenes, they're mostly side characters. When it comes to the main love interests, it's split pretty evenly. Ian, Stan and Robert, who are all single and interested, try to date Lena, and depending on your choices at least either Ian or Stan can be successful. Axel, Mike and Jeremy, who are not single, but still interested, don't go on dates with her, because they have no reason to flaunt the relationship in front of their friends/girlfriends.

The unrealistic part is not Wade dating Cindy(hes supposed the handsome in game, even Ivy says it) the unrealistic part is leaving him for a 1,75 writer who cries about her ex,talk about low standards for your cheating:whistle:

Yeah, they don't stick around in any playthrough. If Wade and Cindy have a good relationship flag, then Wade breaks up with her; otherwise, it's Cindy who initiates it.

Wade also had a job until some months (year?) ago, so it's not like he's spent all his time since high school doing nothing. It's only after he lost it that things apparently dissolved, both in his relationship and otherwise. He's probably taken better care of his appearance/fitness too, otherwise Ian wouldn't be so surprised seeing his current form at the beach.
Absolutely, and if he can find his direction again, I think Wade can bounce back. He just isn't there right now. I assume the breakup will act as a catalyst for him though.

That's a bummer that Ian has to be a cuck for Lena / Ian / Jeremy threesome. I would think that if Ian and Jeremy have a good relationship and have already had their threesome with Allison that Ian would be ok with Jeremy joining him and Lena.

It's a flag for Ian and Lena who's been friends with benefits for most of the game but end up agreeing to start a full relationship in Ch.12.
And how can I achieve that? I know Lena has to fuck Jeremy in an earlier chapter so that she and Ian can't get into a relationship in chapter 9. But how can I make them become a couple in chapter 12 after that?

Question for you though, did Ivy push Holly and Mark (?) together on this path for you?
No, I don't even think her change variable went over 2.

Why not turn Holly into a man eater (figuratively) that tells men and women how to please her
She very much doesn't like competition. There can be only one queen bitch in her world view. I think you can even place Ivy among others ideologically charged characters as Seymour or Emma.

Wade is the most insane character in the game actually, how can you have a girlfriend as smoking hot as Cindy and be such a lazy bum is beyond me. I'd understand if he had clinical depression of something, but he seems just fine when hanging out with Perry.
Wade is peaked in high school trope down to a tee. He literally spells it all out to Ian after having his bad trip.

Have Ian and Lena continue to hook up. If Ian is pursuing Cindy, avoid fucking her outside the club where you'll get caught in the act by Ivy. Continue to make choices that increase Ian/Lena relationship points. At some point before going to the beach house, Lena should have an option to say "I want to be with Ian" if their relationship is high enough. At the beachhouse, Ian should have an option to commit to Lena. Then they'll have a romantic night on the beach together and finally be a full-on couple.

Unfortunately, Ian is kinda hardcoded to get pissed off at Jeremy who has been hooking up with Lena and reveals that to Ian. So, their relationship is given to be in a poor place at that point, even if they're otherwise friends.

And how can I achieve that? I know Lena has to fuck Jeremy in an earlier chapter so that she and Ian can't get into a relationship in chapter 9. But how can I make them become a couple in chapter 12 after that?
* Ian needs to tell Jeremy he has feelings for Lena in Ch.7 (ian_lena_love flag is set true)
* Ian has to choose to stop thinking about Gillian (gillian_stop flag is set true)
* Lena needs to have feelings for Ian: cuddle up after sex in Ch.7 and pick "I love you!" option during sex in Ch.11 (lena_ian_love flag is > 0.5)
* Lena has to move on from Axel (either don't have sex with Axel in Ch.9 or don't check his texts, don't masturbate thinking about him and choose "Snap out of it" in Ch.10) and pick "I want to be with Ian" option in Ch.12
* Lena can't get together with Axel in Chapter 12 (lena_axel_fuck flag is set false)

If all these conditions are met then during the talk at the beach in Ch.12 both Lena and Ian will automatically agree to become a couple.
