Nah, what's worse is highly dependent on how effective it is, which is highly dependent on context/the society it is embedded in.
You have a "civilized", capitalist context, in which the target is allowed to summon defense (maybe) against physical violence? Axel is a more impotent threat, while Seymour's abuse can't be easily countered. (This is ignoring the actual money-power he has, as an access to modelling, for the sake of your argument. Seymour is still way worse on that axis)
You have might-makes-right context, Seymour has delusions of grandeur, easily counteracted by anyone going "actually, fuck you", while Axel's abuse won't be stopped.

Jeremy's biggest fuck up for now was hiding that Gillian was back in town. Maybe he has more involvement into how Ian's first relationships ended but so far he's basically a sidekick and ngl it's refreshing that a dev didn't make MC's sidekick yet another eunuch whose sole purpose is to be the butt of jokes and make MC look good.

Ian needs charisma and lust to compliment Ivy twice. Then he must choose to visit the gym in chapter 10.
In earlier versions, he needed an additional relationship point which was only possible if he dated Lena (and told Axel about this in front of Ivy), so it was easily missable.
Yes, but Ian and Alison mustn't be together, so ideally have him fuck Emma. Then Cherry notices that Alison leaves to see Jeremy, which indicates to her that Alison and Ian aren't serious. Then, Ian can chose a charisma(?) option to convince her to still date him.
